Copyright Policy

Xduka POS respects intellectual property rights and expects our users to do the same. We maintain a strict policy against copyright infringement on our platform and services.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible through Xduka POS in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may notify us by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
  • A description of the material you believe to be infringing your copyright
  • Your address, telephone number, and email address
  • A written statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized

Notice to Copyright Owner

You must also state that "I understand that I may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney's fees, if I misrepresent that material is infringing."

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material has been wrongly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may send a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent with information identifying the removed material and stating that you believe in good faith that the removal was erroneous.

Repeat Infringers

Xduka POS will disable and/or terminate the accounts of repeat copyright infringers. Additionally, we may pursue legal action against those who deliberately violate this policy.
