3. Data We Collect

When you visit a Xduka storefront, we may collect:

• Usage data: Pages viewed, time spent, referral source, device type, and browser information.
• Analytics data: Anonymised analytics via our self-hosted Matomo instance.

Customer and payment data (names, addresses, payment details) is collected and processed exclusively by Airsoko at checkout. Xduka storefronts do not independently collect, store, or process payment information.

4. Seller Data

Seller account data (name, email, store information, products) is managed by Airsoko. Xduka displays this information on your storefront but does not independently store it.

5. Cookies

Xduka uses essential cookies for site functionality and analytics cookies via Matomo (self-hosted, privacy-respecting). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Security

All checkout transactions are secured by Airsoko Pay Escrow and protected by Airsoko Safe Trade™. We use HTTPS encryption across all Xduka storefronts.

7. Third-Party Services

Xduka storefronts may use the following third-party services:

• Cloudinary — for image hosting and delivery
• Matomo (self-hosted) — for privacy-respecting analytics
