Terms of Service — Xduka

1. Introduction

Welcome to Xduka (“xduka.com”). Xduka is a free subdomain storefront service operated as part of the Airsoko ecosystem. By using xduka.com or any subdomain thereof, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Relationship with Airsoko

Xduka is not a standalone service. It is an integral part of the Airsoko marketplace platform. All seller accounts, product data, customer data, payment processing, order management, and fulfillment services are provided by and governed by Airsoko. By using Xduka, you also agree to the Airsoko Terms of Service.

3. Free Storefront Service

Every registered Airsoko seller receives a free xduka.com subdomain storefront. This storefront displays products from your Airsoko catalog and directs checkout through the Airsoko platform. Airsoko reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the storefront service at any time.

4. Payments & Security

All transactions processed through your Xduka storefront are secured by Airsoko Pay Escrow. Payments are held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery. Every checkout is protected by Airsoko Safe Trade™, our buyer protection programme.

5. Fulfillment

Sellers may opt into the Airsoko Fulfillment Service (AFS) for warehousing, packaging, and delivery. Alternatively, sellers may handle their own shipping and logistics. AFS terms are governed by Airsoko.

6. Custom Domains

Sellers may connect their own custom domain to their Xduka storefront via the Seller Dashboard (Settings → Domains). Airsoko is not responsible for domain registration, renewal, or DNS configuration of custom domains.

7. Content & Conduct

All products and store content displayed on Xduka storefronts must comply with Airsoko’s Acceptable Use Policy. Airsoko reserves the right to remove content or suspend storefronts that violate these policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

Xduka storefront services are provided “as is”. Airsoko is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the storefront service, except as required by applicable law.

9. Changes to Terms

Airsoko may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Xduka storefront after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
